Our Wireless Intrusion Detection System (WIDS) is much more than a level detector or address scanner.  Because we can fully analyze over the air packet data, you can identify devices even if they roll (randomize) their addresses.  Set alerts for types of devices like trackers, phones, and drones (with DroneID). Keep track of devices that are approved vs. not approved. The system can be configured to be purely passive or go active to further interrogate devices.  Devices can be mapped inside your space or outside with the help of on-board GPS.

Our WIDS is built around the PANalyzr; a hand-held, USB-powered, state-of-the-art passive air packet analyzer for the IoT market.  With a sensitive but portable wideband Software Defined Radio front end, it can capture most signals in the 2.4 to 2.5 GHZ ISM band; Bluetooth Classic (BTC), Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Wi-Fi, and IEEE 802.15.4 (Zigbee, Thread, etc.). Our IoT Expansion Pack adds IEEE 802.15.4 single channel (per adapter) processing, along with Wi-Fi and Z-Wave for non-2.4 GHz band coverage.

• Start one monitoring station, then add as many sensor nodes as you need.
• Sensor to Monitor system is connected via ethernet (Internet or Intranet)
• Nodes are synched in time to the Monitor
• Analytics to combine the device information seen across nodes
• Use a tablet or laptop (like our Porta-PAN) as the monitor and then walk down the device
• Set devices as approved or not, alert on device types, compare a baseline survey vs subsequent runs
